Autumn in the nature reserve
 These waters rush out of a fresh mountain spring not very far upstream from this spot. It has to be the cleanest water I've ever seen (or tasted). It's surprising how slippery wet mossy rocks can be ...especially when you're trying to stand on them to make a picture. Tech Note: A rather dense circular (heliopan) polarizer was used as an ND filter as well as to control the reflections from the water and the shiny leaves. Lens: Sigma 10-20 |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
