A seasonal work in full color...

The Perils....
Walking in the forest has become a tricky business lately. From lower down the hill, I could see the sun shining high up in the trees. So naturally enough I headed in that direction. When I came across this cave I proceeded to set up my equipment to take a shot. I then took a step forward to the cave opening (:D to get a closer look at what was inside) and much to my amazement I started sinking rapidly into a quagmire. With camera and tripod raised overhead I finally managed to struggle myself free of the nasty goo ....I guess I'll never get it off my boots!

Of course, the cave was full of Santa's elves, hard at work.... :rudolph::rudolph::rudolph:

OMG! Up to the right of the fallen tree, there's something whiteish looking out of the cave. It looks like an elf/faerie thing!!! ^^

This is absolutely stunning- at first, I thought it looked 'fake.' On closer inspection, however, I realised that it was simply more real than I had expected. :-)

The colour is just beautiful.
